The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Architectural Drafter to support our residential project pipeline. We value efficiency and a high willingness to learn above all else. This role is designed for someone who wants to prove their value on a part-time basis first, with the goal of moving into a full-time, long-term career with our firm.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drafting: Creating detailed residential construction sets and floor plans using ArchiCAD and AutoCAD.
• Modeling: Developing 3D visualizations and architectural models in SketchUp.
• Workflow Optimization: Constantly refining your drafting speed and accuracy to meet project deadlines.
• Remote Collaboration: Maintaining clear, proactive communication regarding project progress.
