ArchiCAD Project Architect

This opportunity is suited to a Project Architect who is comfortable taking ownership of large-scale Class 2 residential projects, coordinating consultants, and driving documentation and delivery outcomes within a developer-led environment.

You’ll be working on multi-residential projects typically ranging from ******* apartments, with genuine exposure to design development, construction documentation, and construction-phase involvement. The role offers real autonomy, practical responsibility, and the chance to influence how projects are resolved and built.

Based in Wollongong on the NSW South Coast, this position offers a balance of meaningful project responsibility and lifestyle, with two days per week working from home and a stable pipeline of residential work.
