Job Description
- Site Supervision: Oversee the construction site to ensure that the architectural design is implemented correctly and according to the plans.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Coordination: Collaborate with contractors engineers and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues.
- Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site making adjustments to plans as necessary.
- Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
