• Degree / Diploma in Architecture
• Conversant with Singapore building codes and regulations
• Familiar with submission requirements and processes
• Assist Architect in preparing drawings.
• Good design sense
• Well versed in design software such as AutoCad, Sketchup, Photoshop.
• 5 years of experience working in Singapore OR has worked on projects in Singapore remotely from Philippines.
• Able to work independently
