Architect / Assistant Architect

Candidate must possess preferably Master in Architecture, Part II or equivalent;
At least 6 year(s) of working experience with track record of recent completed projects from inception to Tender, Construction, Final Account till CMGD ;
Ability to lead the team include chairing CCM, Site Meeting, troubleshoot Technical Meeting issues;
Ability to understand Contract Terms and LAM guideline;
Ability to prepare Monthly Project Progress Report;
Independent and familiar with various Authority guidelines with close monitoring on follow up;
Full-Time / Project Basis / Contract position(s) available;
Possess own transport.
