Award winning innovative Sydney Architectural practice urgently require an Architect for their residential projects.

Appropriate qualifications necessary.

Minimum 3 years local experience in residential projects with an interest in Interior Design

Design & Documentation: 

• Receive and interpret briefs from clients 
• Assist with masterplan proposals to the client 
• Develop sketch design and design development drawings in accordance with the client's brief and budget 
• 3D modelling using ArchiCAD and flythroughs 
• Interpret council development plans liaise with planners and prepare documents for development applications to Council 
• Execute detailed Construction documentation 
• Interpret and apply the BCA and Australian standards 
• Prepare CDC submissions 
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers
