Architect (BP 220)

This position is mainly responsible in designing and reviewing subdivision projects. The successful candidate is also expected to:

• Conduct site investigation and analysis for new properties and conceptualize and propose project designs via 3D Renderings in video and/or image format;
• Prepare plan & details for permit application (Development Permit, DAR, ECC, Building Permit & HDMF Appraisal) and ensures that all plans are within the standards and implementing rules & regulations
• Prepares blueprints for budget and construction reference and make necessary corrections;
• Prepare technical documents for BOI and review VSR for DENR approval
• Candidates with attached link to online portfolio or sample works will be prioritized.

Job Qualifications

• Licensed Architect;
• Experience in BP 220 and/or PD 957;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint;
