Appropriate tertiary qualifications necessary.

Minimum 3 years experience in residential projects with an interest in Interior Design.

Prior experience in delegating tasks and managing deadlines.

Prepare Development Applications, Construction Certificates and Complying Development Certificates as well as developing detailed construction documentation.

Ability to create detailed working drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication skills necessary to enable liaison with clients and contractors.

Must be up to date with relevant Building Code of Australia (BCA) standards and safe design principles.
