• Executive Architect: $4,000 – $6,000
• Associate/Manager: $6,000 – $9,000
• Variable Bonus (more than 1 month, performance-based)

Job Scope

• Lead and support design development from concept through completion
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities, and internal teams
• Prepare, review, and manage tender documentation and technical detailing
• Handle procurement processes and provide technical inputs during evaluations
• Manage authority submissions, inspections, and approvals
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure deliverables meet standards
• Support construction/site phases with RFIs, design clarifications, and contractor coordination
