Architect (Draft and Design)

We’re looking for a talented Architect to lead the design and drawing phases of projects in Tropical Brutalist and Mediterranean styles. You’ll take concepts through schematic design, working closely with our design lead and local construction partners. Your role will bring ideas to life through clear, detailed drawings and visualizations that guide construction and shape our projects.

Work Hours: Full-time; UTC
Work Set-Up: Remote; Independent Contractor
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

• Concept Discovery
  • Analyze project requirements and programming needs
  • Develop vision, concepts, and preliminary layouts for commercial buildings and villas
