Architect / Drafter

Technical and Soft Skills:

• Software Proficiency: High proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), Lumion walkthrough and other modeling tools.
• Design & Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Prepare and develop technical drawings and documents using AutoCAD and similar tools.

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree In Architecture / Drafting Technolgy.
• Minimum of 1 year experience, but fresh graduate are also welcome based on your skill.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Relevant training in design, planning, or construction is a plus-Board licensure in Architecture is not strictly required.
