Architect (Infrastructure & Building)

Responsibilities

• Project manageinfrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions
• Managing project budgets, schedule and resources
• Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
• Reporting project status to management team
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies /authority on any development issues
• Identify potential construction related issue and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors

Qualifications

• Background in Architecture
• Preferably 2 years of experience in Project Management.
• Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in developer, consultant or contr...
