Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for creating designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments
Lead in the production of schematic design, design development and construction drawings
Review new projects for compliance with the master plan to ensure smooth integration of the project
Plan, coordinate and maintain project design schedules
Lead the quality assurance team during construction, including site inspections as required,
Undertake the in-house design of projects that are within the capabilities of the Projects Office
Excellent knowledge in plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems
To review architectural shop drawings & material submittals
Utilizing computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans as needed
