Job Description
Statutory Submissions (PSP): Prepare and submit architectural drawings to relevant authorities, including BOMBA, OSC, and local councils for Building Plan (BP) and Planning Permission (KM) approvals.
Compliance Management: Ensure all store layouts strictly follow the Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL), specifically for fire safety (travel distances, fire ratings) and accessibility.
Liaison & Follow-up: Act as the primary point of contact with government officers to track approval status and resolve technical queries or rejections immediately.
Consultant Coordination: Direct external M&E and C&S engineers to ensure their technical drawings align with the architectural submission package.
Site Inspections & Certification: Conduct site visits to verify that construction matches approved plans and sign off on Form G1–G21 to facilitate the issuance of the CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance).
