Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee the construction of residential/commercial projects. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibility with technical expertise and can collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and construction teams from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and space planning based on client requirements
• Prepare drawings, layouts, 3D models, and presentations
• Produce detailed construction drawings and specification
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants
• Review and approve shop drawings and material samples
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is met
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and revisions
• Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
