On-site - Mandaluyong 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design illustrate, and execute for works/plans (small-scale project, 6-8 cubicle) and requirements as may be necessary within one's capacity.
• Execute drawing plans using AUTOCAD and other architectural software and make presentations.
• Perform ocular inspections; assist in cost estimates and quotations.
• Assist and Coordinate with the Construction, Business Development and other departments.
• Attend meetings with customer and suppliers.
• Assist in preparing bid documents and proposals.
• Assist in the daily operation of the Construction Department.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
