Scheduling production lines based on customer orders, inventory levels, obsolescence, lead times, product life cycles and production capacity
Reviews, recommends and execute delivery plans of the required raw materials and finished goods based on PO issued by the central warehouse.
Reviews and recommends release of generated raw materials
month rolling materials requirement based on the central warehouse PO considering warehouse capacity.
Reconciles and aligns with manufacturing group regarding weekly output.
Reviews production planned performance report on a monthly basis.
Reviews, recommends and maintains buffer levels of finished goods based on given demand/requirements
Ensures periodic evaluation of inventory levels of raw materials depending of finished goods movement and space requirement of the site.
