Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Produce drawings: plans, sections, details, RFI responses, revisions
• Prepare quantity takeoffs; assist with cost checks
• Issue site instructions, punch lists, and daily photo logs
• Coordinate with suppliers, crew, and client
• Track progress vs timeline and quality benchmarks
• Draft as-built drawings and closeout documents
• Site visits and QA/QC checks

Job Requirements

Must-haves:

• At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry
• Strong detailing and documentation skills
• Familiar with NBCP, NSCP, PEC, and related laws
• Comfortable with design work and site work
• Clear, timely communication; organized and punctual
