Architect

APEC Homes is looking for Design Architects that are mainly responsible in designing and reviewing commercial and subdivision projects. The successful candidates are also expected to:

• Research and propose new technology, designs and innovations and prepares cost & value analysis;
• Conduct site investigation and analysis for new properties and conceptualize and propose project designs via 3D Renderings in video and/or image format;
• Prepare plan & details for permit application (Development Permit, DAR, ECC, Building Permit & HDMF Appraisal) and ensures that all plans are within the standards and implementing rules & regulations
• Prepares blueprints for budget and construction reference and make necessary corrections;
• Prepare technical documents for BOI and review VSR for DENR approval.
• Candidates with attached link to online portfolio or sample works will be prioritized.
