Architect

• Must have an experience in planning, detailing, and design
• Can produce as built, proposed, working drawing plans
• Experience with auto cad, sketch up, lumion, photoshop, microsoft, and others
• Rendering software
• Must have experience in site inspection and coordination

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Architecture
• Licensed Architecture
• Trained in 2D and 3D Software
• Can manual sketch for quicker
• Approvals and Submittals
• At least 3-5 years experience in Master Planning and Site Coordination
