Architect

• Philippine Regulatory Commission license holder in architecture.

• At least three (3) years of experience in conceptual designing and as-built detailing and had jobsite exposures.

• Experience in designing hospitals is a plus factor.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Conceptualizes designs and renders as part of the company design and build service to the customers. Overall creative head on the design aspect of the operations.
• Plan and lead the design and materials specifications of every project. Work with the project management on the planning and implementation of architectural and finishes need of the project.
• Manage and provide the architectural drawings, details and rendering needs of every projects. Schedule weekly site visits to see that the architectural design of the project is properly implemented.
