Architect

The Architect designs and plans buildings, oversees construction and renovation projects from conception to completion in coordination with the Project/Site Engineer and adheres to architectural and engineering principles while meeting aesthetic and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with PRC Licensed
• At least 1 year work experience in related field
• Proficient in basic AutoCAD (2D/3D) sketch up and Microsoft Office
• At least 1 Year experience in architectural designs conceptualization and site works
• Knowledgeable in building codes, zoning regulations, building systems and site requirements.

• Cagayan de Oro 9000 P10: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
