Architect/ Planner

Job Summary

The Architectural Designer supports the design and documentation of architectural projects from concept through construction. The role focuses on creative design development, technical drawing production, and coordination with project teams under the direction of a licensed Architect or Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Assist in the preparation of conceptual, schematic, and design development drawings.
• Develop architectural layouts, massing studies, and design options.
• Prepare presentation materials, renderings, and design narratives.
• Contribute to design reviews and client presentations.

Technical Documentation

• Produce accurate architectural drawings and details for permit and construction sets.
• Assist in coordinating architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
