Our Change Safety Governance team’s mission is to safeguard our critical systems by helping system owners and process SMEs think through risk management of the changes they make to complex interconnected systems, from inception through review, testing, deployment, and monitoring – captured in Change Safety Strategy (CSS) documents. The team reviews, approves, and archives change safety strategies and modifications. It also verifies teams have the CSS they need and are following what they documented.
