Architect Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (Architectural) to manage quantities and costs for construction and fit-out projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for all trades.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
• Review and evaluate variations and change orders.
• Monitor and control project costs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
• Prepare progress valuations and cost reports.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of quantities and documentation.
