Job Description:

• Develop and prepare complete sets of technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, electrical layouts, plumbing systems, and as-built plans.
• Ensure designs reflect company branding, functionality, efficiency of space usage, and user experience.
• Review, update, and revise plans based on stakeholder feedback, site conditions, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to translate project requirements into construction-ready documents.
• Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, fire and safety regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, assess workmanship quality, and ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
