Role: ServiceNow SME / Architect

Required Technical Skill Set : Design and implementation of ServiceNow platform in medium to large scale organization.

Experience : 7 to 10 Years

Location: Singapore

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• ITSM Module Expertise: Ability to flawlessly design, document, and implement the ITSM module with a CSDM-aligned CMDB.
• Experience setting up ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to find servers, network devices, and applications.
• Able to read and understand network diagrams and basic security concepts (like firewalls, subnets, and access controls).
