Job Description
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Licensed/Registered Architect (standard requirement).
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience, with a proven portfolio in Architectural and Interior or industrial/commercial construction.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and Rhino/SketchUp.
Knowledge of structural steel design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro or Tekla) is a significant advantage.
Deep understanding of building codes, fire safety regulations, and sustainable design (LEED/BREEAM).
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure.
