Architect (Upgrading) – Contract

What The Role Is
You will be involved in the upgrading and rejuvenation of HDB Towns and housing estates.
What You Will Be Working On
Your key responsibilities include statistical collation and analysis, coordinating and progress-tracking of upgrading programmes and projects, and preparing/ updating administrative documents, reports, and correspondences within tight deadlines. You will need to manage and organise large volumes of project information and records, maintain comprehensive/ high quality documentation standards with efficient retrieval systems, and coordinate communications and administrative processes with stakeholders and project team members. You will also be involved in conducting feasibility studies, reviewing/ implementing strategic policies and studies affecting existing developments with the objective of preserving community ties and transforming the physical environment of older towns and estates.
