Architect/Archi Manager (A1 Main Con, HQ based)

Job Description Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure architectural design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Review, coordinate, and develop architectural drawings and construction details in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
Be involved in the tendering and providing project support for new projects
Liaise with authorities and consultants for submissions, clearances, and approvals.
Participate in site inspections and resolve architectural and technical issues on-site.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
Provide support for design-build tenders including conceptual design input and buildability reviews. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of architectural design and coordination experience with building projects
