ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING COST ESTIMATOR

• Full-time, report to GUMA Makati Office (Makati City, Philippines)

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

• To be employed with GUMA Architects, directly under supervision of the client

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Professional License is a plus, but not required
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management practices
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools (Bluebeam, Measure Square, Autocad, etc)
• Proficiency in Quantity Survey and Takeoffs, Material Costing, and Procurement process
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy
• Effective communication
• Willing to relocate and work in Guam in the future.
