ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT (Entry level)
Location: Sufian Engineering Consultant Sdn Bhd, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam, Selangor
Scope of work:
- Involved in architectural design works
- Coordinating projects from concept, documentation and all submissions to local authorities.
- Planning and to prepare architectural design and computerized drawing
- Drawings according to required standards, codes and admin submission.
- Council and authority applications and follow up.
- Design meetings and construction site visits.
- Construction drawings
- Building permit documentation.
- Liaising with consultants, councils and authorities for applications and permits.
Skills & requirement;
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Knowledge in completing construction documentation and tender documentation.
- In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
