Architectural Associate

Job Responsibilities
Experience in handling projects from concept to construction
Liaise with consultants on matters of design & technical coordination issues and regulations
Conduct site inspections on matters of design & technical coordination issues and regulations
Work closely with the project team in the coordination, organization & preparation of construction documents & drawings
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment
Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract)
Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
Requirements
Recognized Architectural / Registerable with Board of Architects
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with entire project process including authorities submission & building code
Conversant with local codes and regulations, and construction practices
