Architectural BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities: Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors & engineers. Manage and prepare models and shop drawing to support the construction works Coordination of structural & Architectural works during construction process. Good knowledge of structure and architectural details Able to lead and manage inhouse modelling offsite team for BIM delivery Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structure or Architectural design and construction issues. Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects Liaise with Clients, Consultants and prepare/conduct weekly progress reports and technical meetings Ensure the subcontractors and vendors follow the specifications and standards in the project VDC implementation.
