Job Description
Job Title: Architectural BIM Modeller (Rail Projects – Singapore)
We are seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Modeller with rail project experience to develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for MRT/LRT stations, tunnels, and depots. The role involves BIM modelling using Revit, performing clash detection and coordination with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with LTA and BCA standards.
Requirements
3–5+ years of architectural modelling experience, preferably in Singapore rail/transport projects
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360
Strong knowledge of LTA BIM standards and submission procedures
Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field
Good coordination, detailing, and technical drawing skills
