Architectural Building Envelope Coordinator

Job Description

The Envelope Coordinator supports the successful delivery of façade and building envelope works, from design development and procurement through fabrication, installation, and closeout. The role involves working closely with designers, suppliers, fabricators, installers, and the site team to ensure façade systems are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual, quality, and performance requirements. Assist in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and performance criteria (curtain wall, glazing, cladding, louvers, terracotta, aluminum composite panels, etc.). Request, log, track and follow‑up on technical façade related submissions provided by the design team.
