Job Description:

• General site management includes management of the site documentation and prepare daily site diary to monitor day-to-day site activities.
• Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.
• To inspect and monitor at all times each stage of construction of architectural, landscape and ID work and any other inter-related works.
• To ensure that all materials delivered to site conform to the approved specifications and the project's inspection test plan.
• To identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.
