Architectural Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Architectural Manager in reviewing and translating issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings and employer requirements into actionable plans.
• Coordinate the preparation and review of architectural shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure architectural works are compliant with design specifications, local building codes, safety regulations, and railway project standards.
• Liaise with structural, MEP, and civil teams to ensure proper integration of architectural components with other disciplines.
• Conduct technical assessments and site visits to verify actual construction works against approved architectural plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on architectural-related technical queries (RFIs), non-conformities (NCRs), and design clarifications.
