Job Description

                    Responsibilities Lead in Site Coordination with all trades. 
Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS. 
To ensure work is construct in accordance with contractand drawings. 
Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling withother disciplines. 
Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities onproject matter 
Implement and ensure QC plan 
Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural relatedmaterials. 
To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing /mock-up 
To verify VO and prepare back charges. 
Attend sub-con meetings. 
To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI(Arch) 
Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants. 
Complete design studies and monitor builds 
Create work schedules.
