Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities
Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities on project matter
Complete design studies and monitor as-built documentation
Prepare Material for submission
Check & ensure of drawing according to design
Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations
Requirements
Degree in Building and Architectural or relevant cert
Min. 5 years experience in architectural site works
High degree of initiative and strong analytical skill
