**Job Summary**

Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) is responsible for the planning, design and construction of the University of Michigan's physical campus. A division of Facilities and Operations, our professional staff has the expertise to manage a wide range of facility improvement projects. We are committed to providing outstanding customer service and safely completing projects on time and within budget.

**What You'll Do**

+ Develop SD and CD CAD drawings for projects using Revit, AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. Prepare sketches for minor maintenance-related construction.
+ Draft studies, SD's, and CD's to meet project objectives, optimize efficiency, and produce best value. Investigate potential problems or projects through field surveys of existing buildings, structures, and sites.
+ Conduct design and code research for projects.
