Architectural Designer

Job Overview : 
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Architectural Designer who can effectively bridge design conceptualization and on-site project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural planning, construction documentation, regulatory approvals, and site coordination for civil engineering works. This role requires managing the complete project lifecycle, from preparing government submission drawings to supporting execution and final project completion.
Job Responsibilities :
Architectural & Working Drawings :
Prepare complete architectural drawing sets for residential villas and commercial projects.
Develop detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, and layout plans.
Regulatory Approvals :
Prepare and manage architectural submission drawings for statutory approvals.
Handle documentation related to TCP approvals, Health NOCs, Panchayat files, and Occupancy/Completion Certificates.
