Job Description

                    Responsibilities  The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to work with design principal and project manager, provide technical guidance to the design team members for various building projects. 
The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer's scope to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments, monitor the delivery of the project with the PM and QA/QC of architectural drawing production to firm-wide standards. 
The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to coordinate with specialist consultants. 
The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to demonstrate proficiency in CAD and BIM as well as graphic design software for the production of construction drawings, visualization and presentation materials. 
The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to develop and monitor architectural plans and drawings with compliance to local codes and regulations, environmental rules, safety issue...
