Architectural Designer - Mid Level

As an Architectural Designer in Gensler, you will manage, organize, and coordinate with design team members to deliver architectural projects across all phases of work. You will be responsible for leading design development from concept through construction documentation, ensuring that design intent is consistently and accurately translated into high-quality design deliverables. You will resolve complex technical and design challenges, provide direction and guidance to the project team, and coordinate activities and communication between the design team and allied disciplines. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices locally and regionally, with occasional travel as needed.
