Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in architecture and design, with significant exposure to Healthcare /Medical Planning/ Hospital
• Proven track record in team leadership and studio management.
• Experience working with design-centric and/or boutique-scale studios
• Strong understanding of design systems, processes, and project workflows .
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
