Job purpose: Take a leading role in shaping and delivering complex, design-led projects across Asia Pacific (APAC), while driving the strategic growth and technical excellence of our parametric design capabilities in Singapore. You will combine design leadership, technical expertise, and team mentorship to elevate project outcomes across APAC. 2. Key duties and responsibilities Champion design innovation through advanced computational methods, ensuring design intent is rigorously explored and realised. Collaborate closely with project directors, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to influence key design decisions and project direction. Translate complex design ideas into high-quality diagrams, models, visualisations, and documentation suitable for client and stakeholder engagement.
