Job Description

 
  About the role 
 Develop and prepare engineering drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, redlines, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
 Conduct risk analysis for architectural designs, identify potential challenges, and propose effective solutions.
 Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in all architectural aspects of the projects.
 Collaborate with various teams to coordinate building services such as HVAC, heating, water supply, drainage, electricity, and voice/data systems. 
 Ensure accurate representation of steel components and connections in the structural model.
 Create plans that communicate the manufacturing specifications for architectural components.
 Conduct thorough reviews of 3D models, single and assembly drawings, and erection drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
