Architectural Drafter (Cebu Site)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze designs and prepare preliminary sketches based on detailed instructions
• Develop detailed architectural documentation using Revit, primarily for residential projects
• Coordinate and oversee engineering documents, energy assessments, and utility applications to support project approvals and delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Ensure compliance with design and quality standards throughout all stages of documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience using Revit in an architectural setting
• Experience working on residential projects
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting and documentation processes
