Architectural Drafter

Role Description

This is a remote role for an Architectural Drafter. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, assisting in the development of construction plans, and collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and functionality. Additional responsibilities include updating and modifying existing designs, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles
• Proven experience in technical drafting and detailed drawing creation
• Proficiency in Archicad
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
