Architectural Drafter

1. Drafting & Technical Drawings

Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, construction details) using AutoCAD or equivalent software.

Update and revise drawings in line with design development, consultants' comments, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all drawings comply with provided local authority guidelines for landed housing projects.

Produce detailed submission drawings and assist with authority submissions where required.

1. 3D Visualization & Rendering

Develop 3D models of landed home projects (new build, A&A, and interior works) using SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / Lumion / Enscape.

Produce high-quality renderings, perspectives, and walkthroughs to support design presentations.

Assist the design team in exploring design options through quick 3D massing and visualization.
